Riyadh August 05 2023:

Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) has called on tax payers in the Kingdom to take advantage of its ‘Exemption of Fines Initiative’.

Its Simplified Guide on Cancellation of Fines and Exemption of Financial Penalties released in June this year aims to lessen the burden of tax payers, which is part of the Authority’s initiative to mitigate the financial implication resulting from COVID-19 that affected establishments. This is for a period of seven months starting from June 1, 2023.
